On my journey to being in the best shape of my life I decided to take a week by week approach. Knowing myself best I think this will be a sure way to get me to my goal of being (at most) 110 lbs of mostly muscle. By combining weekly and daily goals, I will get there.
May 29 - June 5
For the past two years I have played tug-o-war between 120-115 lbs. At 5’2.5 I would like to be 110 lbs. Although weight is a bonus, my main goal is to be fit (shed the fat, gain the muscle). I have also been following a pescetarian diet. No meat for almost a month and going strong. I feel more energy and better about myself everyday. I’ll document some of my journey on here!
